One thing to make sure is in your luggage and make sure you never board the plane from Heathrow without is the Harrods cocoa dusted almonds! They are so addictive! You would pop in one almond after the other and savor the chocolaty taste… the chocolate is good… the chocolate powder on top gives the almonds a lovely feel on your tongue and it is so very good ❤

I’m sick and bored and sitting on my couch this morning… i flip to alwatan TV and there is a man i don’t know talking about some financial thing i don’t understand. I was just about to change the channel when i noticed his glasses…
They are SO COOL! I have never seen such glasses before… they would be perfect for people like me who break their glasses constantly… those are already split in half so they won’t break as much 😀

Whenever i see the snow pictures my eyes tear up… it was so so SO beautiful… i believe it still is though i have prayed that Heathrow would have been closed to cancel my flight on the day of my return… Alas Allah ma ketab… If you are planning to go now see how much snow there is and make sure you are fully equipped against the cold… Allah yarzegna snow in Q8 insha2 Allah 😀

Bema inah many people i know took the planes to London despite the weather conditions… gelt awarekom ishwayat pictures of London Xmas Lights… Oxford & Regent St. lights didn’t change much for the past 2 years but Carnaby Street did and this year they are AMAZING! I like the theme much… by the way there is a picture of a big full moon hanging in the middle of the picture… that’s not the real moon… ma tbon itsafroon etshofon il lights? Ana abi 😥

One thing i love most about London is the vast amount of interesting exhibitions they have year round! As i am a sucker for anything historic and related to the ancient Egyptian dynasty i couldn’t wait to visit the Ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead Exhibition in my favorite museum in London.. While posting about the Body Shop Gift Set the other day i remembered how much i loved the Body Shop. Growing up i always vowed to spend my first ever hard earned salary buying everything in the Body Shop 😀
By the time i did actually get my salary, the first thing i bought was a Panasonic CD player from Virgin Megastore, followed by a DVD Home Theatre set which was a bit expensive in 2003 🙂
Whatever i had left must have gone on knicknacks! I must take a look into my old Salary Excel File and see what did i buy with it all… but the moment i started spending that money, it was the most amazing feeling EVER!
How did you spend your first hard earned salary? If you still didn’t get it, what are your grand plans towards spending it 😀

I saw this huge Hermes Kelly bag in Selfridges and i was intrigued…a apparently it had a side entrance and when you go inside a movie starts about the Kelly bag! Sadly i had to meet a friend for lunch so all i could do is snap those two shots… the next time i was in Selfridges it was gone and i couldn’t go inside 😦

FreeDumbTees is a new Q8y business specilized in designing custom shirt for all occasions. I took a look at their website http://www.freedumbtees.com and i truely liked their designs! I am a person who owns 20,000 Tshirts so i know i will be placing my order soon… i just have to clear up some space in the cupboard :p

I saw this Toy Story Woody Cowboy Costume the other day and i immediately went back in time to the early 90’s! I have a cousin who was a woody fanatic (yes A. that’s you 😉 ) and he had a similar costume back then that he adored! I cannot look at the woody suit without remembering cousin A who is all grown up now 🙂
Then it hit me… i never ever wore a costume! Growing up in the 80’s meants tons of “classic” birthday parties but not that many costume parties and the only one i remember being invited to was my in 1990 but my mother had just given birth to my baby sister and couldn’t get us costumes in time for the party 😦
Therefore i do not have a favorite costume… but let me ask you, what was your favorite custom/disguise when you were growing up?!

I saw this card for a £10 in facebook credits in London. I am not that much of a fan of buying stuff on facebook but i would think any one who is would have been happy to find this card.
