Lofat Diet – Day 1

The first day of my diet has started! I woke up anticipating my box of food would arrive before i got out to work but it didn’t so i had to have breakfast on my own this morning…

The food comes in a cube carton box with handle… by the time i arrived home it was waiting for me to open and devour…

I was surprised when i read the menu attached… Today was supposed to b the Kushari & Um Ali day according to the menu i have chosen… oh well i don’t mind them mixing the days…

They have also attached a microwave heating guide… which i am truly grateful for…

For lunch i got Spaghetti with tomato sauce

And fattoush salad

The fattoush was mostly lettuce with a tiiiny amount of crispy bread and a tiiiny amount of dressing…

and to drink this amazing healthy liquid called water 😀

So after reheating lunch and dressing the salad here is my lunch for day one

The good thing is i came home to reheat my food only. All i had to do afterwards is wash the dishes. The portion of spaghetti was enough and it tasted good but a little bit on the soft side and i like mine Al dente… maybe if they kept the sauce and the pasta separate it would feel firmer?

The fattoush though came with little dressing and bread it was very good. I didn’t imagine it would taste that good. Both dishes had a bit of oil in them but just the right amount to benefit you. By the time i was done i was full… not full oh i can’t at another bite full but full as in i ate already i could eat another bowl of spaghetti but there is no need 😀

For dessert i got a slice of carrot cake. It is tiny and looks a little sad… could use a dollop of frosting… but it smelled really good! I didn’t try it though for i gave it to butootee to eat, there is no need to eat unnecessary refined sugar…

As for breakfast which i am going to have tomorrow Insha2 Allah i received pancaked with maple syrup, fruit kebab, and fruit yoghurt!

I am not a fan of cherry and i don’t want to eat both fruit yoghurt and fruit kebabs for breakfast so i am keeping it for my butootee as well!

The fruit kebab… not a lot but enough for breakfast… i chose fruit kebab over fruit salad for i don’t like eating fruits drenched in water and all of that…

and my Pancake… it smells good bs… chinha eshwaya?! I am remembering my pancake making days… i am remembering last week’s obsession with qer9 moqla and eating them like they were biscuits… now this is what i should have for breakfast… no wonder i began gaining weight!

So here is my eating plan for Day 1 with LoFat

Breakfast: Tea with Milk + 2 Low Fat Digestive Biscuits

Lunch: Spaghetti Pomodoro + Fattoush + Water

Snack: Chammomile Tea

Dinner: Pinkberry Parfait (Kaifi :p)

I feel thinner already ❤

      la mo 7a6een… they could have added how many calories in each dish provided eshda3wa?! But anyways it doesn’t matter that much 😀
