Rant: Develish Lurkers on Facebook!

OK explain this to me because i cannot seem to be finding an explanation…

My husband has a private profile on Facebook. All of his friends on Facebook are his MALE friends and family. Most of his of pictures and info are private. To the ones he shows his info he has MARRIED TO available on his profile. It is very clear he is NOT interested in meeting women.

Why then does he get one friend request after another from girls? Q8y girls, full names included, even though he doesn’t know them?

Why are some girls shameless? You send a friend request o a man who you don’t know… your friend request is REJECTED! Why do you keep coming back? why do you send him a private message on facebook?!?! What the hell do you want?

What on earth are wrong with girls?! Don’t you have any dignity? throwing your self at a man like that? what exactly do you think? By stalking a man he will cave in and what? Marry you? Can’t you find a more dignified way to bag your self a husband?

Esh yeswa 3leech inah we call up your father or your brother o we tell them gethbaw bentkom?! Oh yes it can happen… or you can find the wife at your door smiling at you sweetly then clutching a bunch of your hair with her fist and using it to pull your head around and bang it against the door… maybe that will knock some sense into you!

What would you do to rebell stalkers on facebook and KEEP them away?! Sometimes even women you don’t know want to be friends with other women ‘3asob 6eeb even if you don’t know them! Eshfehom il awadm?!

  1. I feel you! My husband doesn’t have a facebook account because he knows how crazy I get. “Shabi b3awar alras!” he always tells me. But do you think girls will stop at that? Nooooo… Those volonteers who work for organizing expos and such… they go to the shop and the employee would give them my number…but when they call they ask for my husband. I tell them that I’m owner too.
“But the business is in the name of flan…” she says…
“Yeah and I’m owner too..what do you want?”
“Bas I want to speak with flan..” She insists.
“But flan doesn’t want to speak with you…what do you want?”
Then what she does? She calls the store and insists they give her my husband’s number because I’m not answering my phone and it is very important she speaks with him for an invent. she calls my husband…but my hubby doesn’t answer numbers he doesn’t know so he forwards it to me…I reconized her number… I call the organizers and tell them “If she doesn’t stop calling my husband I will deal with her! I didn’t know you hired stalkers and home wreckers!” I didn’t hear from her again…but it happened a couple more times with other girls. easily dealt with 😉
Oh! and it happens to women too… I get a friend request from guys I don’t know…and sometimes I see they have a mutual friend who turns out to be one of my cousins or a relative or someone I do business with…but it doesn’t mean I will accept them :s

      Haw! Eshtabee hathee?!!!

Good thing you know how to deal with those species!
Same here i sometimes get friend requests from people i don’t know who are just mutual friends of my friends. I see no reason why i should allow them to see my private life…

  2. I swear, some girls have no self respect or respect towards others. That just shows you the only thing they’re good for is to have a “good time”– if you know what I mean. No man is going to consider them for marriage or for any serious type of relationship if they notices they’re doing these type of things.
Anyhoo, you should tell your husband to make his account COMPLETELY private– that’s the way I made mine. The only people who are allowed to view my profile are the people on my friend list. It’s private to the point where people can’t even search for me if they do a “name” search, and no one can friend-request me or send me a private message. If a friend wants to add me, then I ask them for their email and I send them the friend-request myself. Makes life a lot easier 🙂

      But why?
Why would even men have to go through all that privacy? Laish ohom ma yest7oon o yekhaloon il awadm ib 7alhom? Ana khobry awal il banat yeswoon all this privacy 3n il shabab mo the other way round!!! Esh9ayer bel deniya!?

  3. Things have changed a lot since the last generation. Now girls look for guys, which is awfully shameless lacking dignity I agree. There is the good, the bad no matter where you go. Facebook just happens to have a lot from *the bad* as it’s great means of meeting people anonymously.

Your husband isn’t the only one. Not to brag but I was surprised how many woman friend requests I get from people I don’t know. So it reached the point where I started asking If I know them. Some don’t reply, some be honest and say no but we can be friends and some get insulted, like they coincidently clicked on add friend.

The only way to avoid them is to set a profile to not accept friend request, where the add friend button won’t be there anymore. The sole way to add a friend will be when your husband adds someone, because no one can add him anymore, only he can add people.

It’s going to be really hard finding a decent woman to propose to in this generation.

This generation yekhar3 i agree… but then there are always the good ones and the bad ones… it’s only the bad ones are being more openly bad about… wayed ako khoosh banat em2adebeen o ga3deen o ayanenoon don’t worry 🙂

My dear whatever you have in Kuwait multiply it by 10 and you have KSA. The women don’t need to be chased, they do the chasing and if a man is married, so much the better it means someone got him so he’s open to a second, third, fourth time. The flight attendants, the girls in banks who need to get new clients (no they don’t work on female clients) marketing girls, women at stoplights from the next car it goes on and on and these guys help each other meet with them too. Its such a battle. At least where you are men are (hopefully) more sophisticated and civilized. I hope so.

  10. Facebook Marketing: Ultimate Guide…

I found your post interesting so I’ve added a Trackback to it on my blog. Hope that’s OK? :)…
