Movie Review: The American!

I went to see “The American” recently, expecting a good courtesy of George Clooney. Boy was i wrong.

Those 105 minutes were the longest minutes ever! The movie was long, boring, slow, vague, and pointless. You spend most of the movie guessing who on earth is that man, what is he afraid of, what does he really do, and when will action start?!

There was barely some action. The best part of the movie were two little goats that were very cute and appeared in the middle riding a tiny red pickup car. Why on earth would someone make such a boring long vague movie with no background story and no real explanation or point is beyond me. Those are 105 minutes that i will never get back 😦

hmmm no not so yummy anymore… he is old. Although some men actually look yummier as they grow older (Sean Connery, Omar AlSherif)… clooney i believe is not that good looking anymore… on top of the movie being boring and slow… i had to watch endless wrinkles from both Clooney and his hooker of a girlfriend in the movie…

Just be glad it wasn’t 106 minutes! I didn’t see “The American” but once I saw “Paris, Texas” and I think it was twice as long as Clooney’s movie. You can only make waste of time mistakes like this when you are a teenager, after that it’s too huge a loss. Thank you for saving me my precious 105 minutes!
