Review: Al Manzil Hotel Dubai Mall

On a recent quick weekend trip to Dubai we decided to change the hotel we always stay in and stay somewhere else. Wishing to remain withing the Dubai Mall District we chose to stay in Almanzil Hotel. We have to say we didn’t regret our decision at all. I already miss the place and i am planning my next trip -hopefully v. soon-

We arrived in the evening and anticipated a long check in process. I took a seat and someone immiediately presented me with a complimentary healthy green drink that tasted good. It had green apples and some herbs but it was delicious. By the time i downed the juice check in was done and we were ready to go. Very smooth and relaxing.

The lobby was nice, spacious, and well lit. The only bad thing about our entire stay was the lingering smell of the sheesha encountered early in the morning when you go down to the lobby. That’s the only bad thing. Since we had a rented car we didn’t have to go to the lobby in the mornings anyways so it didn’t matter much.

The room for two was spacious, clean, and modern.

I liked the fusion between the Islamic design and Modern design… and yes it’s the hotel whose bathtub resides in the middle of the room.

Thankfully there is a private Shower room and a private toilet room where no one can see through. and the Toilet room comes with washing equipment, something many of Dubai’s major hotel lack. The Whole bathroom arrangement was weird but more funny weird… and everything is sprakling clean!

A little sitting area by the window…

The view…

and i like this lamp or chandelier or fanoos or whatever it’s called alot ❤

All in all we had a very pleasent stay. A modern new clean hotel with a fabolous location and reasonable pricing. I am going to stick to this one for a while 😀

Wow, I always wanted to play Little Mermaid for my husband now I know where I can do that while he’s watching Al-Jazeerah and still be in the same room! So glad tho about the private loo.

Really good hotel. I stayed here with a friend a couple of months ago when we went for a shopping break. Fantastic position, so close to the mall. Same type of room, twin beds. The breakfast is amazing and the staff provide excellent service. My only complaint was about THAT bathroom. Very inconvenient when you are sharing with friends, no matter how well you know them

I didn’t get to try their breakfast is it very good?
I wonder why they designed the bathroom in pieces like that… i supposed it won’t work for a family either… thank god the Toilet room and the shower room come with their own doors!

Breakfast buffet is amazing.Presentation fabulous. I think we ate our own body weight to fuel us for the huge shopping day ahead.
