NYC Chef introduces cheese made 4m wife’s milk!!!!

Chef Daniel Angerer from NYC’s Klee Brasseries came up with the idea of using his breast-feeding wife’s milk to make cheese! Apparently readers have liked the concept so much they wanted to try it and BAM a Human Milk Cheese Canapé with Figs and Pepper are available on the Menu!!!

There might be a Gelato too!!! Read the Chef’s Post Here and the Article Here

Would you try it?! Did you every try your mothers breast milk as a grown up? My cousin did… i would rather fast for eternity to be frank but some people do not mind at all… it reminds me of the Friends Episode with Carol’s breast milk!  Thank god becoming siblings via breastfeeding stops at age 2…
