Fast, Virtually Fat Free Raspberry n Peach Creme Brulee

I love peaches, i love rasperries, and i love Creme Brulee…

I was in the mood to eat some creme brulee, the original recipe calls for some eggs and you seperate them and have them cooked with cream on a boiler and whisk and ble5… Slaving over the stove is  not my style in cooking! I can’t be bothered with all that mess frankly!

So i came up with this!

I used ready made custard mix made with low fat milk, and then sprinkled some sugar on top… it is as close to creme brulee as u can get without the mess, effort, and extra calories… and i had some fruits incorporated in as well… making this a fruity, yummy, easy dessert that can be done in less than 30 minutes and is virtually fat free…

You will need…

A can of peaches... drained and washed to get rid of the juice

The rest of the ingrediets: Sugar, milk,vanilla, and custard powder – i didnt use the corn flour oho raz wayha bel sora-

Using a hand mixer, blitz ur rasperries with a little bit of sugar into a mushy sauce... you can also use a fork

pour some sauce over the peach slices in ever dish

Add some milk into a pan and place on medium heat

Add some custard powder into some cold milk and whisk

Add the custard mix with to the pan when the milk starts to boil

Add some vanilla and whisk on low heat until you get this custard consistency

Pour some custard into the serving dishes

They are ready... do wipe any access custards on the side or it will burn :(

Cover the serving plates and keep in the fridge to chill... get them out only before serving time

Any excess custard was burned!!! Making the plate look ugly! If you have a torch it would yeild better results... oh well
