Allergy Time!!!

allergy

Ever since i met Butootee i knew he was allergic to many things. Off the top of my head: Strawberries, Berries, Mangoes, Eggs, Flowers, Silk, Silver, Cats, Dogs, Pets in general, and Sea Food…

He would occasionaly cheat, like have some shrimps for a nice occasion or eat some fish and chips once a year in london. Usually if he does, he will have some mild skin rash, thankfully nothing more, then i would give him some zyrtec or actified and voila… as good as new…

a few days back, and out of a sudden, he was itching allll over, i check his arms, and it is covered in the worse rash i have ever seen in my life. It was as if his skin is bubbling red. Huge red bubbles spread over every inch in his body and they hurt badly… So we cut him off all the things that might trigger his allergies.

Still, every day he would get the same rash. My mother warning us of kidney failure cause its  the kind of allergy reaction that needs urgent medical attention. Him ignoring everything.

So we suspect he is allergic to all beans and legumes (a new allergy)… and i cut him off as well.

Now, today, he is fasting. so he ate NOTHING… all he had for fu6ooor is some home made mushroom soup with a bowl of (eggless) pasta salad (with cheese and veggies)…

Even before he began eating, the rash began…

Now he is covered in boils and bumps!!!! It is really scary! What did he eat now? Mushrooms, Milk, Cheese, and Flour!!!!

What is causing all of this? it started even before the food!!! He is sooo frustrated he angrily begain eating some cheewy goowy cheese cakes (has eggs, not helping matters, really really good by the way!)

and he won’t let me take him to a dr. :`(

If he was a child i would have picked him up and stuffed him in a car… he is a grown man and i cannot nudge him an inch let alone drag him to a dr.!!!

I can’t very well forbid him from eating weat and dairy! What would he live on water? I am no physician, nor allergy specialist… this is out of my hands

Do i wait it out? Could it be because of the weather only?! Not food induced?

Or do i trick him somehow into the allergy dr? Where do people with allergies go anyways?!?!?!?!?

He has had that test when he was a child, 6 or 5 years old. Apparently it was such a traumatic experience (64 needles???) that he is not willing to repeat it again… but he must!

  5. Ok my aunt is exactly like him plus all dairy products and she’s allergic to hot water! so imagine when she comes out the shower she’s as red as a tomato.. take him to Dr. Jrewy 22655566 he’s an amazing and really knowledgeable doctors not the dimwits that know nothing.. or he could take the allergy injection prevents all the rashes up to 3 months

  6. depending on when he developed the allergies> some allergies come at a later stage in life and some old allergies go away. get one of those back allergy test things

Allergy doesn’t come from food only. Other factors could be stress, weather, mood swings…etc.

  8. I wonder if you recently changed laundry detergent? Or soap in the shower? Or even shampoo? It sounds like a violent contact rash.

Tell him if he loves you, he must go to the doctor. Tell him you want to have his babies, and dance with him at your grandchildren’s weddings. Tell him anything, to get him to a doctor before it gets too bad. It already sounds out of control.

Im blaming the weather… but still it is just too severe its scaring me

He has used pantene shampoo for his 3 hair for ever… so i do not think that it

and i already use that baby soft thingy wash (pink with a cute baby on it) to wash his clothes in the washing machine because his skin is too allergic…

I tried every thing to coax him into going to a dr. he just won’t budge 😦
