Week 1

Starting Date: Sunday 15 March 2009, Daily Wii Fit 30 min sessions

  • Daily Breakfast: 1 cup coffee, Sweet ‘n Low, 1 apple
  • Daily Afternoon Snack: 1 medium turkish coffee
  • Daily Evening Snack: 1 cup coffee, SnL, a piece of fruit
  • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes
  • Lunch by Day:
  1. Sunday: Veggie Kiev, Veggies, Mash Potatoes, Pepsi Max
  2. Monday: Chikpea & Yoghurt, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  3. Tuesday: Mushroom Straganoff & Mash Potatoes, Salad, Pepsi Max
  4. Wednesday: Foul, Bread, & Salad, Pepsi Max
  5. Thursday: Mushroom Soup, Dinner Roll, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  6. Friday: Bread Pizza, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  7. Saturday: Peas & Tomatoes Cooked, 1/2 Bread, Green Salad, Pepsi Max

Week 2

Starting Date: Sunday 22 March 2009, Daily Wii Fit 30 min sessions

  • Daily Breakfast: 1 cup coffee, Sweet ‘n Low, 2 Toast, Cheese, Salad
  • Daily Afternoon Snack: 1 medium turkish coffee
  • Daily Evening Snack: 1 cup coffee, SnL, a piece of fruit
  • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes
  • Lunch by Day:
  1. Sunday: Goat Cheese & Veggie Bake, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  2. Monday: Grilled Halloumi Salad, Pepsi Max
  3. Tuesday: Kidney Beans, 3 Color Peppers, & Feta Salad, Pepsi Max
  4. Wednesday: Grilled Giant Mushroom with Rocket & Pepsi Max
  5. Thursday: Big bowl of minestrone soup without pasta & Pepsi Max (hurt my stomach)
  6. Friday: Small bowl of minestrone soup no pasta, Small green Salad, & Pepsi Max (better)
  7. Saturday: Lunch @ Pizza Hut, Tea & Kinder Maxi Bar, No dinner, Double Wii Session

Week 3

Starting Date: Sunday 29 March 2009, Daily Wii Fit 30 min sessions

  • Daily Breakfast: 1 cup coffee, Sweet ‘n Low, 1 apple
  • Daily Afternoon Snack: 1 medium turkish coffee
  • Daily Evening Snack: 1 cup coffee, SnL, a piece of fruit
  • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes
  • Lunch by Day:
  1. Sunday: Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  2. Monday: Mexican Filled Tortilla, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  3. Tuesday: Minestrone Soup without Pasta, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  4. Wednesday: Grilled Giant Mushroom with Rocket & Pepsi Max
  5. Thursday: Nakhi Fatta, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  6. Friday: Low Fat Grilled Veggie Kebabs & Hallom Wrap, 7up free
  7. Saturday: Lunch @ Rice, Dessert @ Chocolate Bar, No Dinner yet no Wii :`(

Week 4

Starting Date: Sunday 5 April 2009, Daily Wii Fit 30 min sessions

  • Daily Breakfast: 1 cup coffee and Alternate Between:
    • An Apple (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
    • 40g of Crunchy Nut “Nutty” Cornflakes with skim milk (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Daily Afternoon Snack: 1 medium turkish coffee
  • Daily Evening Snack: 1 cup coffee, SnL, a piece of fruit
  • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes
  • Lunch by Day:
  1. Sunday: 6 Spoons of Nakhi, Low Fat Yoghurt, Green Salad, Pepsi Max, Cheese Bread Rolls & Olive Tapenade
  2. Monday: Grilled Marinated Veggies & Grilled Halloum cheese, Pepsi Max
  3. Tuesday: Medium Baked Potato with Cheese & Beans , Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  4. Wednesday: Grilled Giant Mushroom with Rocket, Baby Carrots, & Pepsi Max
  5. Thursday: Peas & Tomatoes Cooked, 1/2 Bread, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  6. Friday: Minestrone Soup, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  7. Saturday: Falafel Wrap, Green Salad, Pepsi Max

Week 5   

Starting Date: Sunday 12 April 2009, Daily Wii Fit 40 min sessions

  • Daily Breakfast: 1 cup tea & skim milk with 2 sugars & Alternate Between:

    • An Apple (Monday, Tuesday, Firday, Saturday)
    • 1 toast, slice low fat cheese, Mustard(Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Daily Afternoon Snack: 1 medium turkish coffee
  • Daily Evening Snack: 1 cup coffee, SnL, a piece of fruit (orange this week)
  • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes
  • Lunch by Day:
  1. Sunday: 3aish Bajela & Shbent (4 tbsp),Yoghurt, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  2. Monday: 6 Spoons of Nakhi, Low Fat Yoghurt, Pepsi Max
  3. Tuesday: Small Cheese Sandwich, Green Salad, Lime Diet Coke
  4. Wednesday: Mushroom Soup, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
  5. Thursday: Mushroom Soup, Raw Veggies, Pepsi Max
  6. Friday: Vegetarian Noodles, Pepsi Max
  7. Saturday: Minestrone Soup, Green Salad, Pepsi Max

    • Daily Dinner: 5 Strawberries, Milk/Laban, 3 Pinapple Slices, 8 Red Grapes

    4. Wednesday: LoFat Halloume Wrap, Green Salad, Pepsi Max
    5. Thursday: 2 Scrambled Eggs with Herbs, 1/2 Thin Lebanese Bread, Green Salad, Pepsi Max

    I tried it once long time before, but I guess I’m a tea person :)
